Frank Balderamos is a seasoned executive in multiple industries, with particular expertise in corporate governance, accounting, finance and compliance. As a qualified accountant, registered investment advisor, and accredited director, Frank puts over 25 years of management and consulting experience to good use for his clients.

Frank earned a Bachelors degree from Loyola University Chicago and subsequently worked for brand name global firms (EY, Barclays and MetLife) as well as family offices, startups, asset managers and not for profits,  operating at a senior level, managing diverse staff across the globe, and making decisions regarding millions of dollars in investments and projects.  Frank has advised investment funds, and other companies, on all phases of operations and life-span, including: formation, strategic planning, accounting and systems, budgeting, portfolio construction, compliance, re-organization, and liquidation.
